Join the Rotary Club of Casey, Vic, on Saturday, July 20, 2024, for its 18th annual Antique & Collectable Fair at the Pakenham Cultural Centre, Lakeside. This year, all funds raised will be donated to the Stroke Foundation.
The Stroke Foundation is a national charity that partners with the community to prevent strokes, save lives and enhance recovery.
The Foundation stands alongside stroke survivors and their families, health care professionals and researchers. It builds community awareness and fosters new thinking and innovative treatments and supports stroke survivors on their journey to live their best possible life after stroke.
The Cultural Centre is fully booked with antique, collectable and curiosity dealers from all over Victoria, and is expected to be attended by more than 1,000 eager buyers and collectors.
Melbourne-based antique valuer David Freeman will be in attendance from noon to 3.30pm to value items at $5 per item, (excluding stamps, coins and jewellery). Visitors are requested to bring a photo of larger items that they would like valued.
The fair will be open to the public from 9am to 3.30pm. The entry fee for browsers, collectors and shoppers is just $5, all of which will be donated to worthy charities. There is also a quality café onsite to make the day an enjoyable outing for all. All proceeds will go to the Stroke Foundation, with all work and organisation performed by Rotary volunteers.
