The Conference is open to all Rotarians, their guests and partners, and members of the “family of Rotary” including members of Rotaract, Interact, Youth Exchange Students, Rotary Scholars and Rotary Foundation Alumni. You must have registered to attend. |
On line registrations have now closed. Any enquiries about registration should be directed to Julia Pedler (Registration Coordinator) on Julia.Pedler@innovation.gov.au.
The Australian Federal Election will be held on Saturday August 21st. Attendees from interstate (outside A.C.T.) are advised to vote at an early voting centre or by postal vote before you travel to Canberra. Details of how to do this are at http://www.aec.gov.au/
The election will affect availability of accommodation within the Canberra area. If you have not booked already we suggest you do so as soon as possible. We have been advised the Quality Hotel , Woden is fully booked. For other hotels you will need a car or taxi. We regret that we are not able to organise bus transport to and from the hotels and the venue.
Limited spaces are available at the informal dinners being hosted by Rotary clubs in the Canberra area on Friday evening (20 August) for conference attendees who wish to enjoy some Rotary friendship on that evening. Cost is not included in registration, but is payable directly to the host club on the night. Those wishing to attend who have not already been contacted please email julia.pedler@innovation.gov.au.
The registration desk at the Hellenic Club, Woden, will be open between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm on Friday 20th and from 7.30 am on Saturday 21st August.
